What is domainIQ?
domainIQ provides a powerful set of tools for domain name research. Our data and analytics infrastructure allows us to generate comprehensive, detailed reports on a level available nowhere else.

Do you offer an API?
What is the difference between a basic report and a comprehensive report?
The most notable difference between the two reports is that the comprehensive report provides very detailed information about other domain names associated with a specific company or individual, as well as historical ownership information.
Any standard report can be upgraded to a comprehensive report. Each subscription type includes a certain number of comprehensive report credits available per month; higher-end subscription types may contain unlimited comprehensive reports.
Do you offer bulk whois lookups?
Yes! PRO and Expert account levels can perform up to 1,000 or 10,000 bulk whois lookups a day. Bulk whois lookups are available to Basic accounts as an add-on purchase per number of domains. Click here to start a bulk lookup.
What kind of reports can you produce?
In addition to the reports available through the site, we can also generate custom reports of almost any size using a wide variety of criteria.
Custom reports are priced individually and are generally available within 72 hours or less, depending on the request type. Please contact us or visit our Enterprise Services page for more details or to request a quote.
How do you know which domains are associated with a registrant name?
Our data infrastructure continuously checks new and existing domain registrations and evaluates ownership details. These details are indexed and correlated, allowing us to generate comprehensive reports on the fly.
How fresh is your data?
Generally speaking, all of our data is refreshed every three months, at maximum; most data is significantly newer.

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. By request, we may also accept payment via PayPal, wire transfer, or check for specific custom reports or Enterprise accounts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any subscription can be cancelled at any time, for any reason. Cancellations are effective immediately upon request.
How do subscription upgrades and downgrades work?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When upgrading or downgrading, you'll pay for another month of service at the new plan level, and your next billing date will be moved forward accordingly.

How often are subscriptions rebilled?
Subscriptions are renewed automatically every 30 days. You can view your subscription status and your next renewal date on your subscription status page.
How are my credit card details stored?
Your credit card information is stored in a secure database using an industry-standard encryption format that ensures its safety. Credit card details can only be accessed by our system when processing purchases or renewals.
I'm not satisfied with the service, can I request a refund?
Since guests accounts are allowed several free reports per day or month, as well as access to many other features, refunds are generally not available. Please contact us with any questions.
